We run on a annual basis- Our session begins in September and ends in June of the following year. We have flexible, ongoing enrollment throughout the session provided there is an available spot. Once you start, commitment is for the entire session. Terms are Sept-Dec, Jan-Mar, & Apr-June. (Breaking for Winter, Spring, & Summer; similar to school). Enrollment will roll over from term to term, meaning your spot is secured once registered, unless you let us know you'd like to drop with notice*. We strongly encourage families to stay for at least an entire term, or better- the full year session to help your child develop strong bonds with their instructor(s), their cohort of peers, and to benefit from the full program structure, and experience. *If you wish to end your enrollment before the end of the session in June please reach out to us with a minimum of 30 days notice in writing.

*Please note our drop/cancellation policy for our Move Play Learn program differs from our other class drop/cancellation policy. We strongly encourage families to stay for at least an entire term, or better- the full year session to help your child develop strong bonds with their instructor(s), their cohort of peers, and to benefit from the full program structure, and experience. We understand life events such as moving or family circumstances may change, and therefore you may need to end your enrollment sooner than the session end date in June. If you do wish to end your enrollment before the end of the session in June please reach out to us with a minimum of 30 days notice in writing. For example if you wish to drop starting in April, and want March 31st to be your last day, you need to let us know no later than March 1st.

To enroll into Move Play Learn all families need to have an active account with us with at least 1 valid billing method on file. This can either be a credit card OR a bank account with which we can make withdrawals. Fees are charged on the 20th of each month for the subsequent months program (or a full term may be prepaid in advance for a 10% discount). For example- on Sept. 20th we will charge for Octobers month of fees. Families may opt to pay via exact cash, or e-transfer as long as we are aware and receive this ahead of your billing date(s) AND we do still require a valid billing method on file as a back up- we are not able to bypass this. Upon registration a $50 +gst non-refundable enrollment fee will apply immediately. This secures your spot and if you decide not to proceed with enrollment for any reason- this will not be refunded. If you already attend classes with us at Haven actively $25+gst of that fee will be waived for the gymnastics portion as you have already paid that. The $50 enrollment fee is good for the entire session September through June if you remain enrolled in Move Play Learn.

The cost is $280+gst per month. You will attend twice per week for 3.25 hours each class. You will attend approximately 8 classes per month (give or take). Some months where we take short breaks for closures (i.e. Winter/Spring) you may receive less classes, but we have averaged the cost out over the term so that the monthly payment is consistent. To start we are opening 8 spots, and the ratio will be 8 kids per 1 instructor. All instructors are first aid certified + cpr & have clear criminal record checks. There will be other instructors present in the facility in case of an emergency.

We are accepting kids ages 3 - 5 in this program. Kids MUST be 3 by program start date. This is not negotiable as kids need to be 3 to participate in any Haven program independently as per our insurance. ALL kids attending Move Play Learn MUST be independently potty trained as we cannot assist kids in the washroom as per out insurance. They must NOT be in a pull up either.
